Toasted bruschetta

Well I made these some time back but completely forgot to blog about it. I absolutely loved the taste. I baked brinjals, tomatoes and ball peppers. Then I cooked them with dash of garlic and olive oil and added some salt, black pepper and seasoning. Then bit of tomato puree, chili sauce and tomato sauce. Topping was sliced Gouda cheese and blended almonds.

Finger licking good it was.



I used french bread to put all the dullop of goodies on
